Has anyone had collagen injections or surgery to improve their lip volume?

I'm considering doing this but have a few questions. What was the end result like? Are there any dangers? Did you get it here or abroad, if so where? Finally how much was it?

What are the best volumizing lip glosses out there?

I've used a few and can't seem to find one that doesn't have to be reapplied every minute which is really expensive. I've heard that purelogicol pure-pout lip plumper is a good one but it's pricey at...
