what magazines do uk club and bar managers and owners read the most?

i'm trying to launch my art project which among others targets clubs and bars. therefore i'm trying to find out what titles do they read most often. as i've never worked in this industry i've no clue...

fork murder

i was wondering if anyone famous got killed with a fork... you know, just an ordinary fork. or perhaps not murdered but seriously injured? can you think of anything?
