I have seen this phrase in many films, each one seems to be refering to another film, I originally thought is was Blazing saddles but apparently the saying goes back a few more years, can anyone help...

Omen, whats happened there?

Why was Omen IV never acknowledge as a tue member of the omen film series, thus never appearing in any box-set collections of the acclaimed series
