i recently placed an advert in my local paper advertising my buissness, paid the fee in full, only to discover that my d was not printed in paper?

The police require my mobile phone and sim card for proof of recieving threatening messages and nauicence phonecalls . The problem is they will need my phone for 4 to 6 weeks .How can i do this and...
