can a parakeet get over heated  i live in fl and it is verry hot if it does get over heated how hot  does it have to be and how long should i keep my bird outside

i have parrakeet and i dont  keep him in his cage i let him roam around in the play set i made him  and when he is hungary he goes back in his cage im thinking about getting another parakeet...

how do i know my parrakeet is preganant?? i just got my parrakeet 3 weeks ago im thinking about getting another one how will my bird react to that.
