can dogs see a tv picture, when they look at a tv do they see what we see or do the just see lights flasting across the screen ?

i have just got a golden labrador, but dont know what names , sugestions on lab breed names please .

does anyone know how fast a cheetah can run?? i do if you know tell me ok!!!
