How do I put music on my Apple ipod touch?

I have an ipod touch and I have all the music that I want to download on my limewire account. But for some unknown reason the music won't download from limerwire to my iopd. can anyone HELP!!!????

l have been trying to use limewire for the last few days and it won`t turn on properly, all it says in the bottom corner is"starting connection" and it just stays on that.... l have un-installed it...
