hpi check

hello i just discovered through a hpi check i did that the car i have on finance is a export but i wasnt told this when i brought it

hi ya if your car is on hpi and the engine locks and is basically nakered whos resonible for it get fixed if its out of warrenty but cars only done 20,000 miles
