Deep Fat Friers

Just bought a new Breville deep fat frier and filled it with 4 litres of Crisp and Dry Vegetable Oil as per instructions. Made some chips, temperature set at 190c as instructions. Got to say not happy...

Chipped bone in hand- help please

Basically I caught my finger and pulled my hand away fast and in the process katate chopped a steel pole. Ow! Went to minor injuries who took an xray and three staff there said it was probably broken....
