car sold to me with no oil or water in!!

i purchased a car on finance last friday,nice 7 seater 53 reg zafira,(so i thought) driving the 5 miles home i realise the heating isnt working and the outside temperature display also isnt...

vauxhall zafira temperature dispaly not working?

just bought a 53 reg zafira and the temp display on the dash (tells you the outside temp) isnt working.......any ideas anyone? i havent got the user handbook.
