First Signs of Being Pregnant

The obvious sign is missing your period, but are there other things that happen before then to tell you you're pregnant? i.e. sore breasts, headaches. Or is it too early for other signs?

I have a 4 year old Bitch, And a 8 month old Boy. Recently they have been mateing, and i have noticed that my bitch has Put on alot of weight, And has also had morning sickness, and her rib and belly...
