Why do some delivery drivers think it's OK to go SO slow?

Some Tesco and Asda lorry drivers seem to think it's OK to go 35 - 40mph on a busy trunk road just so they are not early at their next drop. Why don't they just park up? I have often had to crawl...

What is a good thing to eat 5 hours before a workout in the gym? Something that would satisfy hunger but would'nt sit too heavily in your stomach. Want a change from bananas. Thanks

Why won't it rise?

I had given up baking as anything I made ended up like a discus and the birds weren't even keen on eating it. My Mum used to watch and make sure I was doing it right, but it never worked properly....
