Ebay logon

when I logon to the Ebay site I always have to type the full name and password, In the past I only had to type the first letter and my pc filled in the rest, any idea what could be wrong?

Bank not recognising my computer.

Every time i log into my banks web site i get the message that they dont recognise my computer from the supplied info, I have to then supply extra info to log on, I have checked all the numbers etc....
