usa criminal record

does a offence classed as moral turpitude (theft was the offence) definatly stop me getting a usa visa.

i am currently applyin for coaching jobs in usa, i i have a theft charge on my CRB, it was aginst my mom when she tried 2 spite me, what are my chances of getting a USA visa., i got a visa last year...
