Wi-Fi Symbol With Exclamation Mark

I've been getting this on my Samsung tablet this morning. In order to connect to any site I need to turn wi fi off and on again. It's also affecting another tablet and 4g phone. No broadband issues...

He's still in ICU. He's now having dialysis, for the fluid retention I assume. I believe he still has pneumonia, and my SIL has said that he also has cirrhosis...Dr has said some medications can cause...
