In the advert in which everyone says "I am a PC...etc" , there is a guy who says he wears a headband. He obviously says something else and it is dubbed over. Can anyone tell what he is really saying?...

How is a twin 'noted' on a birth certificate? There is rumour that my aunt was a twin at birth but I can find no evidence of this...
