Goldfish not hybernating

My 3 large goldfish are still swimming around at the top of the pond. Shouldn't they be down at the bottom during the winter and as they are still at the top should I still feed them?

For 20 years I have had several frogs in my small pond, and tadpoles. This year I have not seen any frogs, or heard croaking, or tadpoles. Can anyone tell me why?

Can anyone tell me about pond goldfish in winter. Do they hibernate? Do I feed them in winter?
