Disc not recognised by Drive

In the process of trying to copy data after I have inserted a disc, I am asked by the wzard to insert a Dicsc. I an using the correct disc. Help please. Thanks Polonius

Disc not recognised by Computor

When I insert a blank disc nto my disc drive, it asks me to do what I have just done, They are the correct discs. Help please. Thanks Horatio
