Abuse of parent and child parking spaces

This really gets my blood boiling so what should be done about those people who abuse the parent and child parking spaces?

Why do cots have bars around them?

My 7 month old daughter, when on her tummy is forever getting her legs caught between the bars and can't get her them out!! Why not have narrower spacing between the bars or mesh???

removing stains

hi whats the secret with removing stains from kids clothes, normal food stains. i am forever throwing tops out cause the marks dont come out, things like pop, beans etc. anyone have any tips?
