Itchy skin during pregnancy

I am 11 weeks pregnant. For the past 2 or so weeks, I have been itching ALL over (back, chest, tummy, legs, feet, arms, hands, scalp, privates, etc.) I haven't changed soaps, laundry detergents, etc....
