Smoking Whilst Pregnant

I'm just over four months pregnant and trying to stop. It's so hard and i'm still smoking around 8 a day. I used to smoke 20 a day. I have cut down a lot. I know its selfish, but can't seem to stop....

Weight distribution

My son is doing a 10 mile charity run with a 35lb weight on his back. He has used gravel but it goes not surprisingly to bottom of rucksack. Anyone any ideas how to make a 35lb weight comfortable?
