sky plus want record and has lost what has been recorded

2 day's ago are sky plus stopped recording and we lost what we had recorded has any one else had same problem is it sky on a scam sent bug down phone line?

doe's any one no how to reset the radio code on a philips 22dc594/65b

lost the battery power on my Peugoet 406 now after putting in wrong code as i have now idea what is should be pannel says err code can any one help please?
