Do you need to buy a expensive piece of beef for it to be smooth and soft after cooking or is there a special way to cook beef?? Everytime I buy supermarket brisket it becomes chewy when you eat it....

how much rent?

my kids reckon i should not charge them rent ,they didn't ask to be born ,i charge ?110 per calender month and have said it's going up to ?130 this includes everything ,they don't like it anybody...
