yahoo e mails

suddenly i cannot get into my yahoo mail,when i log in it keeps tellinh me to go to another site ,my.mail.yahoo.com,,but even then i cannot get into my mail can anyone help.robert

headlights

i was driving during the night,my headlight went ,i to get it fixed,ifthe police stopped me would i be charged.i was told as long as i was enroute to get it fixed it would be alright. Robert
