hello guys.Start up poser ?

When i start up my windows vista prem home pack a window appears with ie3sh. exe unable to locate component after I click the close button, it is replaced with a window stating IE3SH application...

Registry Cleaner

My PC has slowed to a standstill. I suspect the registry has become bloated or corrupted. I can't access the internet to download a registry cleaner and I'm a bit suspicious about those ones anyway!...
