Cherry Cake

Does anyone know how to stop all the cherries from falling to the bottom of the cake ? I use a regular Maderia recipe, 6oz of sugar, 6 oz of butter, 8 oz of flour and 3 eggs. The cakes always taste...

Meat stock

Hiya.. I've just cooked a joint of silver side beef in the slow cooker... in a drop of water.... and have loads of meat juices over.. can any one tell me how long these juices will keep once cooled.....

chocolate in chilli

Hello :) I have made a chilli for later, and I know that chocolate is supposed to enhance it. Can anyone please tell me what sort of chocolate to use, and is it ok to add it at the end of cooking....

Dance Album advertised on TV - which track has lyrics "moving on"

There is a dance album being advertised on TV and a quick sample of one of the tracks is played with the lyrics "moving on, moving" - does anybody know who this is by?  Many thanks! Sorry can't...
