anaesthetic - after effects

i had day surgery two weeks ago and still feel light headed and breathless. is this normal????

how much to re-wire and re-plumb a three bed semi house

Could someone please give me a rough idea how much to re-wire the whole house..ive heard this is a horrible job to do and very costly!! Also to install new combi new rads etc also new pipes as it has...
