Pin Oak Tree

I planted two Pin Oaks appropriately four years ago. They look great except one developed knuckle sized lumps with tiny holes in them. These lumps are located on several branches. Help!

I have a Pin Oak tree. It is appr. four years old. I planted two appr. 30 feet apart. Both look well but one has large lumps with holes on the branchs. Help!
