Laptop problems

Hi all. Still having problems. In fact I've had to send the laptop back for repair and they've still got it! I'm using the library computers. Xwords are all the harder when I haven't got your help on...

Loose key on a laptop keyboard

The letter "H" on my keyboard is loose and it is hit and miss as to whether it prints or not! Any way of fixing it or should I leave well alone and take it back to supplier?
