Hi. I Have Recently Pulled My Glute Muscle Or Atleast Strained It In My Left Buttock. Can I Please Get Information From Anyone That Has Had This Injury On How To Help Repair The Injury? I Am A Table Tennis Player And I Injured It Stretching For A Shot.

I like to do middle distance running throughout the summer and cannot run at the moment with the pain in my glute in my left buttock. Any suggestions to help repair this would be greatly appreciated...
