High charges during Summer holidays.

Does anyone think it is complete madness that Tour Operators should put thier prices up so high during the Children's Summer Holidays? Are there any fair Tour Operators that charge a reasonable amount...

This year for a family holiday we want to go to Cornwall, camping. But, not to a park full of entertainment, something peaceful and low key. Has anyone got any ideas?
