Scam from Kays catalogue ? Anyone had this ?

My husband received a letter today from Kays catalogue demanding money from a few years back - we have never had Kays catalogue or been in debt with any other catalogue. Is this a scam?

Anybody else had these problems with BT?

For nearly 2 years I have paid my total months bill with BT by full direct debit each month (so never have any outstanding balance) but for some unknown reason and without authorisation they changed...

Is it possible to get trapped wind in your collarbones?
