i have had a pain in my right side tum since 7 o clock last night .very painful when i walk or move about .still have the pain now i have not felt like eating anything all that time just been drinking...
when i eat i feel like food is still in my throat . ,find it hard to swallow .my voice has been changing ..not all the time .anyone know what it might be
