banana cake(oven 160c.gas 3)

its so easy peasy 2 ripe bananas170 grams caster sugar 170g s.r. flour 170 margarine 3 eggs few drops vanilla essence pop everything into a blender,pour into a greased or lined tin,bake for 1 hour....

leave house at 8.45am.son gives me lift into burger king where i will have a tea and wait for my friend,i meet her at 10 am(go in early with son as it saves me 10 quid on a taxi)cross over to bingo...
