What veg can I plant now?

My garden is all patio so I grew a few things in big pots this year - tomatoes, peppers. So what can I plant now for an autumn,winter harvest? my garden is a total heat trap by the way, with no shade.

Sharp shooting pains up side of neck.

Over the last year, every now and then I get a sharp shooting pain up the right side of my neck. It is so severe that I can literally shout out and have been known to drop something ive been holding...
