I understand that certain chemicals/poisons can be absorbed through the skin but can water molecules pass through the skin?

is it possible to give yourself a 'bum nose', by constantly wiping the nostrils upwards..like you would with the back of your hand, or by putting cream unside it a lot, or by picking it or wiping it...
