stubborn mpeg file

my teenage son has put an embarrasing mpeg file in the my documents folder and no matter what we try it will not delete or move anywhere else. When dragging the + sign appears yet the icon goes cloudy...

annoying start up

for some reason my usual start up now goes to a page that asks me if I want to have an xp install or go to xp home edition or press F8 for options. when i press F8 i take the option for normal start...
