Etrecheck - I Can't Get Rid Of This On My Mac. Any Ideas Please?

I've been clearing out rubbish from my Mac this afternoon and came across EtreCheck which I've never seen before. Tried to delete it but get a message saying I need to close it before I can delete....

Ridiculous Cough

This is the 5th day of an exhausting cough which is making me throw up. I get an INTENSE itch in my throat and find myself making the most awful barking and hacking noises to try and 'scratch' it....
