I am setting up a new company but was not going to set it up as a Ltd company ( i am a sole trader). In order to have a registered address do i have to be a ltd company. should i go along the LTD...

Ending a fixed term contract which has now expired

I took on a 6 mth contract ( i am self emp) which expired on 11 May 07. I have continued on with a mutual understanding of until November if we both can do so. Nothing in writing. I want to leave now...

unlocked phones accepting three/3 sim cards?

CRB check - 'spent' conviction - wheres the rehabilitation act come into force?

what is the purpose of the rehabiliation act when a crb check will show up convictions, spent or other? i was naughty between 1999/2000 and this will be spent this year (7 yrs) but how can 'spent' be...
