lappy battery

battery cuts out after 10secs. Can I recharge so it holds longer or is it a new battery?

Burkhas - beware!

Local town infested with albanians (allegedly) who follow cash machine drawers & mug them. Also encouraging lone/unattended children for .....? They wear burkhas during their mis-deeds.

Landlords - is it worth it?

I rent out a 2b maisonette with garden for ?600pm. That's approx ?20 pday for 4ppl (family), 24/7! They default on rent regularly. Is rentals worth the aggro?
