Arsenal - Emirates stadium

I am not a football fan, but I see that Arsenal have a stadium in the Emirates - does this mean that this is their new home ground and if so how can they still play in the English League.

At what point is it that the eye cannot see what the camera has captured? Is it worth buying a 10Mp camera as apposed to a 7mp for example?
