how long do i keep my new male cat indoors

on monday i helped a friend out by rehoming her male cat but my problem is that he was used to going out everyday i am aware that i need to keep in doors but how long do i keep him for as he is...

Headache and no nurofen

I've got a banging head and I'm stuck in the office. I've just realised I gave my last nurofen to one of the guys the other day. Any other solutions to help get rid of it?
