Toilet Breaks

When i am at work we work a 8hr shift 30mins for lunch and two 10min breaks now these are the only times are allowed to go to the toilet. Now i don't know if this is just me but this has to be against...

i am trying to open a pdf file and i am getting a message my security settings are stopping me openining this file i need to know how to change security setting to acess any help would be grateful
