air bag warning light-fiesta mk4

I have changed air bag module on steering wheel but the warning light remains on.Tried disconnecting battery for 2 hours.Do I need to go to dealer or is there another way?

How is the bumper fixed in the front engine bay area? Easy to see how it is fixed around front wings.
