I've decided to add a page of ettiquette and FAQ's to all the ed's blog pages.

Please have a look and let me know what else needs adding.

Would it be a suitable place to reiterate that the majority of users on here are not clairvoyants so posting a question asking things like "may car won't start" or "my computers not working" is unlikely to receive many helpful replies.

If people want helpful replies than they should supply as much detail as they can. Most of the knowledgeable people on here would rather be told unimportant details so they can filter out the important stuff as opposed to being told nothing.
