There are certain ABers who if they became moderators I would no longer be willing to use the site. As far as I am concerned the ones we have are non-biased and doing a fine job.
I agree, we are overall moderated fairly - yes it would not suit some, but I don't think it needs to curb a moderators way of posting and still joining in with the run of the site.

I disagree, mamya, Chuck used to produce some funny, cutting answers. I don't think that he posts that sort of answer now. If he does he dilutes it.
Of course it may have affected how one or two post, but there are many who keep quiet about their role.
