We like get your emails. You can email us here any time you want:

We try and get back to everyone with a serious or technical issue.

Recently we've had a couple of emails from members who seem to have real grievances which they've articulated well.

We'd really LOVE to get back in touch with these members, but we can't!

Why?

Sadly the writer failed include their email address.

So, if you're going make a well reasoned complaint, please make sure you include your email address, or at least your username so we can try and get in touch!

This isn't the report facility, this is the "contact us" facility. We don't ask for a password here as it would exclude anyone who want to get in touch about their forgotten password :)

I have to admit that I would just presume that if I sent you an email then my email address would be shown on it. I thought that was 'normal'. Does that mean that AB is abnormal?

If you send me an email, yes...

But the contact us page isn't your email account, it's a web form. You're not sending us an email with it (not in the way you're thinking about it anyway)

AB is as normal as ab normal can be. :)
