Is there a limit to the number of questions you can ask?

I can't see why there would be. This is a site that thrives on questions and answers.

A new poster asked around 20 questions last week - I can't remember the details, but they weren't at all interesting. He or she didn't reply to any of the many answers/posts - and I think he/she was stopped from posting any more.

There used to be. You'd get auto banned if you asked too many questions in a short space of time.

Yeah...years back. Before this Ed. The ban didn't last. It was in case you were spamming.

Not only for asking questions. Together with several of my friends, I was suspended many times for posting too many answers!
