"Krakatoa East of Java", that's the one. It's actually west of Java. I believe it wiped out summer in Europe and lowered world temperatures by a degree for years.

I am now feeling inadequate to keep all you ladies satisfied. Tilly is thinking about Krakatoa and says "Up Kilimanjaro' which sounds somewhat suggestive and Minty (Miss Whiplash) wants me to believe her to be an Angel, whereas Jno's avatar suggests that she qualifies for a heavenly tag and pusskin feels left out of things.
