In the email that I sent to the Ed last night re getting booted off I gave :
IPS alert name
Attacking Computer
Attacker URL
Destination Address
Can anyone tell me if what I've provided is of any use to Ed and the team in trying to help resolve this problem, or should I have scrolled down my Norton report on the Web Attack and told the team something else ?
If it helps,
I said elsewhere, I had the problems using Windows11 and IE, I closed all Tabs down, scanned with Malwarebytes, it removed two PUPs (potentially unwanted programs)
I logged in again using Chrome (with a download I can't mention activated)
No problems since!
Hi everyone,

We thought we'd got to the bottom of the problem.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue this morning?
Problem is still apparent when using IE when I get a page appearing to download Adobe Flash player update. Still seem able to access AB via Firefox, so far.....
Okay, thank you, I've been able to recreate the problem again.
Right. We've made some changes. They should be "live" in a few minutes.

Please let me know if you get anything else!
Thanks Mr Ed .... saves some stress later.
